It really depends on where and when. The majority of time when I'm lowkey, I'll bust out my smartphone and play some games there.
If it's somewhere I'm gonna have to sit for a while like bus rides, airports, lobbies, etc, I'll bring my 3ds and hunt some monsters. I have flown a few times, nobody gives a shit at airports at least. Half of the people there are dressed like they're home anyway.
