Is there any way to get this game to run at 144 FPS? There's an .ini file with a framerate setting, but if I set it to 144, the game still runs at 60, probably because of this settings screen.
Also Sonic the Hedgehog thread I guess.

These games are notorious for being hard to customize to one's liking. I'd do some research on Sonic Retro and see if anyone's come up with anything.
As for standard Hedgehog stuff: Only a couple short weeks until the big reveal, eh? I'm honestly excited. Not only are we getting a new game reveal, but the fans themselves are also putting together some fantastic-looking fangames to help pass the time. I think this is gonna be a good year for Sonic. Lord knows he needs one.
Try searching "freq" or "refresh" in the ini?

I hope to god it's Sonic Adventure 3. It's been WAY too long since we've had a Chao garden.

Well, after that stunt Aaron pulled at that panel with Izuka where he asked the crowd if they wanted to see a return of the Chao and the crowd exploded, we may see it again.
In fact, what if they've been working on SA3 since Lost World and, after hearing that crowd reaction they delay the game for a bit to not only get some more polish and bug-testing in, but also to add in the Chao Garden? That's my ideal situation.

As long as it's got a Chao garden and a Crush 40 soundtrack, I'm hyped.
You guys seen this? Think it's legit?

I'll literally lose my life if they have another good Chao Garden. Like, any other online game I had any sort of obligation to myself to be playing would be gone without a trace.
sounds like it's locked to 60 FPS
cancer man should make a curator group on steam to point out such unacceptable limitations

Considering I get a DNS server error when I go to it, I'm gonna say no.

>DNS server error
wat

Huh. I'm getting
>www.sonicadventure3.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
Either way, I still think it's bologna. Not even SEGA is so incompetent to make a site like this when they've been so under-wraps about everything else.
If they made a SA3 it'd have to handle like the other games for the most part too.
I loved the artistic direction that Lost World had, but I also love the Sonic in Realism feel the Adventure games were pulling.
Spindash needs to charge fast and fling you off. Homing Attack needs to be a free directional thing that only locks onto targets if you're pushing your stick at them. And "gimmicks" if you want to call them that need to not be dumb shit tied to wisps, but just character upgrades that you use to get past certain parts or take alternate paths.

You mean have it playable on a 144hz monitor? Look on the pcgaming wiki (google it)
Or you mean actually have it run at higher framesrates? Pretty sure you cant with that one. Its a dreamcast game my dude

Adventure 3 came out in 2006

Hmm. That's funny. I don't see the number 3 anywhere on this disk. Sure, there's Jun Senoue's autograph, but no 3! Weird!

>No 3
>Playstation 3 logo right there.
Welp. I regret everything. Time to go sit in the corner.

They fucked up the City Escape song in Sonic Generations.

Good thing you could just swap it in for the original, then.
