Hey guys, thinking about picking up Rogue Galaxy on PS4 as it's on sale. Is it worth it?

Do you not have a pc that can run it on an emulator?
>>340096563
One of the best action RPGs from the PS2 era. I played the absolute hell out of it way back when and loved it. Go for it, OP!
Do you like 11 final bosses? then this game is for you
The concept is pretty good, but it can get a little annoying with all the side quest and hidden stuff. Beetle battling is fucking amazing though.

In the same boat OP. I always wanted to play it when it came out but never did. Now I'm concerned it might be too dated. Since PSN doesn't allow refunds and I'm unemployed I'm hesitant to drop the money.

Pretty much. Great game.
>multiple characters in your party to level up
>need to collect different items to unlock knew skills for each character
>weapons level up the more you use them
>can synthesize weapons together
>bug collection minigame
>bug raising competitions
You're in for about 400 hours of quality PS2 JRPG grindfest action.
Is the story any good?
How does the games level of polish compare to, say, a Final Fantasy game? I absolutely adored Ni No Kuni which I believe is the same devs, how does this compare?

Is grinding necessary to finish the main story? I fucking hate grinding.

Nah the story is shit. It starts off fine enough, but then gets into some dbz pants on head retard bs.

b-but I love DBZ
I'm not sure if I should trust in your opinion or not
Bump for more opinions? I guess neo-/v/ never played the PS2 for the most part.
Wild arms 3 good?
>>340101025
Yes.
Please pick it up.
>>340101025
Wild Arms 3 has so-so gameplay and the absolute best dungeon puzzles you will ever see in an RPG.

You kill the final boss with a sword forged from the power of love.

not really just don't run since you get into a fight every 20 steps or so. Also get a guide to make the ultimate weapons just makes it easier than blindly fusing
