Once you beat the Modern Day Tournament segment of the game keep dueling the Mages in hope that they give you Meteor Black Dragon from the wins. If you still haven't given up, pray to the RNG gods that you get a Meteor Black Dragon in your opening hands and that Seto and Friends don't open with a Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon or Gate Guardian.

I emulated this game because I owned it in the past, but now I remember why I barely played it when I was a kid.

Research how to do fusions. You're in a good position if you can start with a deck with a fair few beasts/pyros or rock/females. With the beasts and pyros you can create Flame Cerberus with 2100 attack which also comes with a pluto guardian sign. Pluto has the advantage over Neptune, which is the majority of cards Isis will have save for Black Skull Dragon. Isis will drop a lot of dragons, a lot of waters, and magics such as Dragon Treasure and Umi. These are all cards that will help out Twin Headeds immensely.

then have fun grinding low meadow mage S/A pow rank. If you want to speed up the process, get one card, then use another memory card to duplicate it 2 more times (unless you like wasting time). Not sure what the rate is for meteor b dragon, but it took me around 150-200 fights A-S power to get it.
The final fights in this game are so lol. First turn is either retarded or rah blue eyes ultimate dragon, better hope you have raigeki or meteor b dragon+ mega morph.

You didn't need to take out all of the dragonpulse magicians. Try having 1 dragonpulse and 2 timesword.
And you won't use odd-eyes rebellion's third effect often, at the very least is a 3 card combo that may not pay off. I recommend using 1 xiangke in case the stars align and you can make odd-eyes rebellion or 2 at most if you really really want to make odd-eyes rebellion the hard way.

All the 999999 chip cards and then some special event ones were meant to be obtained through interaction with the pocketstation in the japanese version.
As the pocketstation never really took off outside of moonland, the localization team did the VERY REASONABLE AND SENSIBLE THING and just removd all the pocketstation interaction from the game and left players outside of japan fucked out of those cards unless they're literally autistic and win roughly 20000 duels with an S rank.

Well, unless I've been playing it wrong, I would use MK3000BC as a tribute to get out AGG, since that was my general go to Plan A, though obviously not always using the same card.
If that didn't work or if I got a different hand, I could use it for a Synchro with Vylon Prism to get out a card as a backup Plan B.
I was going to get Perfect Machine King at one point, but I decided against it since it might make the deck too top heavy. Feel free to suggest what I could change it for though.

If you're mostly using it for tributes anyway then a better trap monster like Stunray or Anguish Pattern would be better. You'd lose level 8 synchro plays with Prism but you could just run a level 3 tuner anyway. MK3000bc has that shit no summoning condition that limits his use pretty hard and his eff sucks anyway. Also why no Gadjitron Dragon to summon off those Geartown?

I play with my friends irl a lot and we always make sure we're using the same generation of summoning decks. If say I was going to use my synchro only deck I would make sure he wasn't going to use pendulums since I would be at a disadvantage. You can also do this on Dueling network by just putting (No pendulums) in your duel name though it won't work in ranked duels obviously. Oh and fuck Kozmos
I want Yugioh online back where you had the little 2d characters and you could grind characters from the show for their clothes.

There are syncro decks that are better than certain pendulum decks, you should put more thought into how closely they match.

I know, I just actually really like synchros so I mainly prefer to play with them only. I have 1 synchro only deck that can keep up with his pendulum but I doubt it would be any good in anything more than between friends due to my lack of cards irl. It also depends on who I'm facing, one friend will play really casually with me and we'll do anime gags now and then while another will actively look up the best decks and strategies to try and beat us.

Not really hard, you just need a Xiangke on your pendulum zone and an Odd-Eyes Absolute that has an Odd-Eyes as an Xyz material. You wait for your opponent to attack then you negate it by detaching one Xyz material (Odd-Eyes Pendulum) and use Absolute's effect to bring Pendulum back from the graveyard. Then you wait for your turn and use Xiangke's effect to Xyz summon Odd-Eyes Rebellion and obliterate your opponent.
