Nintendo actually has original stuff like Splatoon, S.T.E.A.M., Box Boy, Xenoblade, Harmoknight (maybe gamefreak but whatev). They just get fucking stagnant or outright bad with older ips. Kirby somehow manages to retain its charm, but the other games either don't innovate much or somehow just get worse. Triforce Heroes was fun, but the appeal seemed to die off kinda quick.
