The only game they put out after Valkyria Chronicles is Sonic Lost World, a game that no one requested, which already had a very negative reputation by the time they released it for PC. Anyone could have predicted that it would flop on PC.

Because Sega's different branches don't cooperate with each other. Sega of Japan hates the west, SoE is focused on PC, and SoA is busy pushing for localizations of games other than Sonic.
It might also be possible that Sony has a hand in the Project Diva games. A lot of anime games are owned or assisted by them through the likes of Aniplex or Sony Music, ensuring at least temporary exclusivity.
