I genuinely enjoyed it. I bought it on a whim for $3 during a sale. Ended up putting something like 45 hours into it just to get all the achievements. Some of the characters were really likable; it's unfortunate that the character interactions and dating were so shallow, and all of the porn CGs were tame as fuck. Some of the characters talk about all sorts of kinky shit but then you get lame as fuck CGs of generic creampies and cum on tits.
The fun as fuck match three gameplay made up for it, though.

huniecam is shit. I played for 15 minutes and turned it off. it's not the successor we wanted, so why did he make it? he literally could've copy and pasted the puzzle shit from the first game, added new girls, aged the first wave girls up a few years and tweaked their personalities to show maturity, added new puzzle items, costumes and unlockable shit, and paid some devart kid to sketch a few dozen H pics for each girl, and it would've been good enough.

HuniePop was a pretty great game. Didn't have much story to it, but what was there was nice. Gameplay was solid, giving new twists to the classic match three formula. Voice acting was great. Music is god tier. Introduced me to my waifu, which is nice, but doesn't really speak for how the game is.
HunieCam was alright. A nice timewaster, but not much more. Where I spent many hours on HuniePop and still occasionally open, I spent only 8 hours on HunieCam, and much of that was spent idle as I tabbed out. I haven't played it much at all since its release, whereas with Pop I still visit from time to time. Music was top notch as expected. Gameplay was still solid and fun, but not as much so as HuniePop. The art is interesting. Initially, I hated it. But then it kinda grew on me, you know? My girl looks nice in it, but maybe I'm biased. I also think Tiffany looks good in it, and a few others are good as well. Inconsistencies with Pop were weird. I know it's non canon, but they fucked around with the ages and cup sizes too much, for seemingly no reason. Like, I can get aging down one character to balance the 'teen' category, since you have Nikki already and then Lillian. But why age down two characters who are established to be 20+ and then age Nikki up? It just seems odd.
In the future, I'd like a return to the Pop formula. Adding VN elements with various routes allowing for an actual relationship instead of just 'buy shit answer questions', keeping old girls while adding the ones from Cam, more great music, and more art from Ninamo if possible.
Maybe I should dump my Audrey art. Don't really get the chance to much anymore, since /hpg/ and /hcsg/ died.
