I'll start with a new support character
>gimmick is anti/plague-doctor, focuses on lowering health
>250 hp/50 regenerating shield
>Gun left click that fires a leech [B] that sticks to enemies and leeches life for your patient

>right click fires a leech [A] to your 'patient' can either be enemy or ally
>can either leech enemy life to one of your ally or leech enemy life to one of their allies
>leech on enemy targets stick for 5 seconds, ticks for 20 hp/s and if they die during this time the leeches will turn into health pickups that heal for 75hp

Luchador that specializes in grappling, body slamming and wall jumps.
Plays a bit like the Hunter in Left 4 Dead, but heavier, more health, and slams cause a AOE knock back.
Ultra is a grab that grabs a nearby opponents legs and starts spinning them around to create a tornado, that ends with tossing said opponent after the ultra is over (or on command) like a bomb. Explodes on contact. Ultra can also be ended with a suplex with right clicking.

Sniper which can fly.
I want to see a magician girl in Overwatch.
Her primary fire would be throwing cards, similar to Genji or Zenyetta.
One ability would be to take off her top hat and a rabbit will pop out and deal damage to one enemy over time.
Another ability would be a teleport like Reaper (honestly can't think of something better).
Her ultimate would be making her and her teammates appear blurry or invisible so the enemies would have a hard time hitting them.

Grappling in melee form has never been a thing in fps, has it? Sure, we got the charge attacks with D.Va and Reinh. , and le monkey rage man, but nothing really comparable to what a wrestling brawler could do. Tackles, dives, pins, combos, etc...
Would love if they took ideas for grapplers from fighting games, and utilized it for this kind of game.
It is interesting, since Mexico has no representation in this game...maybe they do plan to make a luchador?

He's primarily a melee character so he needs something to close the gap
Shift ability is a sprint, fastest one in the game, but it has to build up momentum. Slow start that picks up the pace after a few seconds. The camera goes into a third person perspective similar to Reinhardt's charge.
He's primarily for disorientation, separation and support . Sprinting into an opponent will cause him to clothesline them, causing the opponent to fall and have a short stun (similar to Reinhardt's Ult, but shorter). He can also hold M1 while Sprinting to grab a specific opponent and chase them out of the battle so that he can go 1 on 1 with them in private. While grabbed, he can get a few shots in with a pummel move by mashing melee. The more you pummel though, the easier the faster the opponent can shake your grasp. You can also slam them into a wall for a short stun (not as long as McCree's) allowing you to melee further, or use M2 to toss them into a wall for big damage.
His E should be a lunge that can close the gap and allows him to have some air mobility. You can combine this with a sprint and wall jumping to go even faster and higher and cancel it with a body slam. The faster and higher you are, the bigger and more damaging the Shockwave you send.

M1 is a melee attack, M2 he rips a rock out of the ground and tosses it
Both his basic attacks are quite slow but have knockback and do decent damage
E builds floating rock platforms (up to 3)
Shift alternates between two forms, his rock form and his 'basic' form, when in basic form he has less health (150-200) and can only do a very simple melee attack but he moves quickly and can double jump
Haven't decided on ult, maybe an earthquake, maybe an explosion where he casts off his rocks, maybe his rocks turn to steel, etc.

The sprint stun wouldn't really benefit him, it's for the sake of the team. The wall slam stun might be OP, but I think he deserves it if he can manage to charge a guy out of the field,into a wall and get away with it. At that point, you're at his mercy. That, and it's not like you can follow a Lucio around if he decides to speed boost away.

How about a Symmetra clone, but instead of setting up damaging drones she can set up support drones. Teammates can retreat to her sentinels for health, and fighting around them gives not only health but also speed or damage. She also has a damaging straight laser as her M1, and no M2.

A new juggernaut style tank character
Visually he would be a large orb shaped character who has either 2 or 4 legs, one weapon arm and one regular first arm. Slightly larger than road hog
Standard weapon is a cannon with a slower projectile speed but high damage. Area of denial sort of primary
His first ability is a personal bubble shield, sort like Winston but small enough to only cover him and fixed to his character. Would have less health than Winston's in exchange for the mobility. Decently large cool down
His other ability would be an artillery type move. Would launch either one large projectile or a barrage that hits after a short delay. would have a decent ark so it would have to be used outdoors or it would just hit the roof and hurt him. Another large cool down, would probably need a marker to show to both sides where it was hitting.
His ultimate would be him turning into a fucking ball and rolling around trying to flatten everyone's asses
