I don't play a lot of games that depend on the Dpad, so I can't really comment on this. I'd say it was a sidegrade, it's different but IDK if it's an improvement.

Xbone is awful, I refuse to accept anybody other than cripples find it usable. Terrible bumpers, cheap sticks that get deadzones way too quickly, still a bad d-pad, cramped buttons, small too.
The 360 needed a few improvements, not a shitty replacement.

I have it as well. The pain comes and goes. When it comes it fucking sucks. Been a few weeks now without buggin me. Almost out of pills...even though i dont think they help. Doctor gave me meloxicam and some muscle relaxers.

The bumpers are only awful if you dont know how to use them properly. You dont press them like a fucking button. You bump them with your trigger fingers hence then name. Not once have they ever gave me an issue.

i just started the treatment with methylprednisolone, before i went to the Dr i was taking 1-2 percoset a day when it hurt. I don't think the shit the Dr prescribed is working but from what i gathered it's an anti-inflammatory. I really, really dont feel like going to physical therapy nor going under the fucking knife.
oh well, do what i gotta do i guess. I didn't mind taking a perc now and again and they did work but i don't want to get hooked on that shit lol.

Yeah thats what my meloxicam is, an anti inflammatory pill. Last 24 hours. Then i take the relaxers at bedtime. Mine may not be as bad as yours. It only acts up if i am using my hands excessively. Txting, typing, gaming and just anything in general. Its only my right hand and im right handed. Sucks.

I played 360 dpad quite a lot and it still was pretty functional. Xbone dpad is a lot more satsfying though.
