CDPR said there are 97 quests in Blood and Wine. I just finished the game and took a count. I came up with 73 completed quests. I have done everything on the map, and there is no way in fuck I've missed 24 quests. Can someone tell me why these fuckers lied?

Is there a way to sort the quest log? I would count my quests but I have like 4 Toussaint ones at the top, 20 in the middle, and a bunch at the bottom. It's all spread through the other regions' quests.
