If you're using Windows at all, the change from Win 7 to Win 10 is irrelevant.
Both are badly designed, spy on you and are heavily flawed.
It's simply the devil whose cock you need to accept if you want to play games, even if RTS games are one of the better ones when it comes to Linux/MAC representation (helped in no small way by the fact most of them are ancient classics, anyway).

Though the information about this new one is pretty scarce.
Currently the game:
>Is definitely up to a modern standard in graphics.
>Retains the hero mechanics with up to 3 heroes per player.
>Ditched the 3rd person hero mode.
>Has a standard RTS component, therefore expect something reminiscent of a modern Warcraft 3.
>Has a long campaign with an actual story.
>Uses the territory system like in Rise of Nations.
We'll have to wait till E3 to know more, I guess.
