This is actually a really fun squad based third person shooter with a really good end twist
Why did NuXcomfags have to lie to me and say it was bad?

Oh look it's this thread again. Why is this game being shilled so hard right now.

cause its not xcom
>Changing the derogatory from xcucks into NuXcomfags
Good job adopting the copypasta for a changing board. Still shit bait though.
Although the plot twist was really well done. As in, so well done it legitimately caught me by surprise and was a real 'holy shit that's genius' moment. Credit where credit is due after all.

its a meh mass effect clone, it would have been a poor sequel to the strategy series, but an interesting spin off.
And it was supposed to be a spin off, but the team making it was the best 2K had, so they kept having it taken away from them until lthey helped ship bioshock games, and then somebody acrosss the planet was given creative control.
its stunning its not more of a mess.
A lot of the hate this game got was because people were expecting a strategy game and not a squad shooter.
The game is quite decent (But far from perfect) if you approach it as a third-person shooter set in the XCOM world that adds some extra lore.

Which is what X-com fans should do, but they are literally autistic shitbabies that can't handle a SPINOFF existing

>that can't handle a SPINOFF existing
the series was dead, and other series like it had been revived as lame copycat shooters.
It looked bad, Syndicate is exactly what the bureau looked to be.

Don't engage them
JUUST
The ending was pretty bizarre. It's like the team finally decided to do something interesting in the last mission but it unfortunately didn't redeem the overall blandness of everything that came before.
