So is it dead yet?
It died 2 weeks after release
Is what dead?
>>340024779
More like two minutes, when everyone realized the free demo they had been playing for weeks was 100% of the content
Seems to be kicking on PSN
It was dead on the PC and Xbone within the first few weeks. PS4 however it was rather popular
It was DOA
>>340025056
>can't surpass an almost 3 year old game that was broken on release
Jesus, those stats are depressing.
>>340025240
To be fair, BF4 with all DLC included is a great deal.
>>340025240
same with CSGO
>>340025398
It is, though that doesn't excuse SWBF's extremely low playerbase. It's a Star Wars title for crying out loud, you'd think that a game with such brand recognition would still be having 100k active players right now.
>>340025519
>70k people still play TF2
How?
>>340025719
A large majority of those are idle hat/achievement farmers or traders.
>>340025814
I know there's a lot of trading in tf2 but I have a hard time believing a majority of them are playing for that
>>340025663
>It's a Star Wars title for crying out loud
The franchise is dead. Sure they are making money off of nostalgia and the idiots pretending to be nerds but the former core fanbase is almost completely gone and its those hardcore retards that you actually need
This is why they are so pathetic in trying to diversify everything in SW now because they are trying to make it appeal to everyone
>>340026006
Star Wars has always appealed to everyone because it's a generic fantasy story of a boy growing up, making friends, and saving the world.
That's why it has such a huge spot in pop culture because even in the 70s it appealed to everyone
>>340025056
>>340025240
Jesus, these numbers are pretty weak, is everyone playing cod or everyone just prefers CS GO?
>>340026151
More like because it spawned ILM and THX which revolutionized the Industry at the time
>>340026151
>because it's a generic fantasy story of a boy growing up, making friends, and saving the world.
Star Wars appeals to everyone because of its easy morality system and its writing that is, inside the text (film) itself, extremely shallow but leaves wide swaths of potential for people to make it appear deep (EU).
Your claim that its appeal is because it's about a boy growing up and saving the world is laughable. Why would a little girl care about a boy's coming-of-age story? Why would an adult man care about it?
NEVER
