Maybe if most of your spells revolve around sensory manipulation and mind control or something, with offensive spells like firebolts and whatnot as a last resort.
Imagine sneaking in, mind controlling some of the baddies into starting a huge fight amongst themselves, and then creeping around them and swiping whatever it is you came for while they're preoccupied.

That was one of my favorite archetypes to play in Mage: The Ascension. My character was just a thief who pulled off big heists. How'd he sneak past the guards? Literally cloaking into shadows. How'd he crack the safe? Decaying the lock mechanisms to rust. So on and so forth. During a chase sequence, he leapt from one rooftop to another using kinetic-based magic and onlookers just saw him as a nimble fastguy.

I'd like to see more classes that offer shapeshifting in useful ways.

Warhammer Online had a Marauder class which allowed you to do this depending on spec. For example: if you were dps then one of your arms could/would morph into a sword; if you were a tank then it be turned into a giant blunt object.

Also, 'avatar/possession' classes are neat too if they transform your physical appearance.

I once played a Lawful Good Cleric who was on a quest to destroy all evil uses of Necromancy. He traveled with a cadre of skeletons, but they were all his friends and they hung out. He was able to summon ghosts to aide them in solving their own murders and shit. It was fun times.

Honestly, I just want one good wizard.
He needs to be able to teleport, fly, blast shit, control a battlefield, summon monsters, protect himself and his friends, and kill gods, although not necessarily all in the same outing.

Instead we get black mages who can only cast offensive magic, or white mages that can only cast defensive stuff, red mages that can do very little of either, controller wizards that can debuff their enemies, or some other single task joke.

Dragon Age's Templar specialization.

World of Warcraft Death Knight has a lot of weird anti-magic abilities. Anti-Magic Shell, Dark Simulacrum, some new talent that deals a % of the caster's health everytime he casts a spell, and renews the debuff's duration.

Dodge Tank+Mage that has no "provoke" skill and builds hate from Magical Attacks and Debuffs.

I've always found it weird nobody's tried to make an RPG with a culinary motif, like they have a monster battle anime about food fighting but there's no RPG where warriors are butchers, mages are pastry chefs, and ninjas are sushi chefs or something like that.

Have a third "resting" line where members will regain MP/HP and very few skills can be used, mainly support.

4 weapon equip spots, the first two are main weapon. Second set are for alternate attack.

How about a class that's like a bard, but you have like 6 - 7 different notes, and you can play your own songs, each with their different properties.

Kind of like Magicka in a way, where you can combine elements and create new, destructive attacks. Instead of unlocking new skills, they just unlock new notes that have different properties, like concentrated line damage, or AoE, or slowing based, or etc. If you try to add too much shit, or make a horribly conflicting song, you end up making a really bad spell, and dealing no damage.

Well the idea is that there are 2 worlds divided by a portal, anyone can cross it, but they wont ever be able to return.
But when someone crosses over their body has to adapt to the new world which forces their life force out of their body and has to be contained in a jar
People who just cross over get powers but they have to use some of their life force (Which regenerates after time), like thats how healing magic works, someone lends some LF to someone to live

Depends on when they were created. Female Gunners were created mostly to be mirror images of the Male Gunners, since they were the first split gender class. Then they started diversifying with Male Fighters, and by the time they hit Male Mages, every class became different. Elemental Bomber is only similar to an Elementalist because they both have tons of AoE damage. Otherwise they're completely different, especially because Elemental Bombers also work around enchanting their attacks and applying AoE debuffs, whereas the Elementalist just straight up does nothing but heavy nuking.

Then Female Slayers got to a point where they can be hardly recognized as similar to each other at all. Berzerkers are all about linking combos and eating enemies, whereas Demon Slayers are all about shitting out heavy damaging moves at the cost of health and having a lot of super armor.

They kept trying to update the F. Gunners, but no one uses them outside of F. Spits anyways. She was the most different of the bunch, being able to shit grenades while flying through the air, like a plane trying to carpet bomb the poor grounded faggots below.

I do like how the M. Fighters and F. Gunners are similar to each other, though, but sometimes we just need more diversity. Like, real diversity, not nigger diversity. M. Mages were a refreshing take on the Mage class, being able to freely teleport except when getting hit, and having the defenses of a damp tissue. Both Mage classes are fun as hell, but the Witch and Glacial Master are both outstanding and ingenuitive.

Nipple revived the game for America, but they kinda shat on the game from levels 1-55. Like, big stinky pile of shit.

It's okay, though, because it literally takes less than a week to get to level 55 and enjoy the other half of the game.

Really I thought F.Rangers were seen as better for raid due to having more utility than the males? But yeah more diversity like the m.mage/f.slayer classes would be cool, can't wait for the final two subclasses for m.mage to finally be revealed this summer.

Also isn't 1-86 what 1-2 weeks at most? 1-55 should be like 4-5 days max even without contracts and fp pots.

Nah, M-Rangers are A-tier along with Demon Slayers and Berzerkers because they deal insane DPS. F-Rangers don't have even 70% the damage of Male Rangers, and are nearing bottom of the tier list for the Anton raids.

Literally all you need for Anton raids are a Grappler for utility, a Crusader or two for support, and a good DPS class. Granted, the DPS classes have to work their asses off, but that's besides the point.

D&D gave you the option to spec a ranger as melee or archer early on, and even balance between the two in earlier editions. Limiting them to being sentry turrets in most mmos is retarded and kills the class' very own versatility of being able to fight up close or from a distance depending on how shit goes

I'm not saying find new niches, I'm justing saying add future classes that help fill those class niches with a little more variety.

Even if it is beneficial for me, the idea that you everyone goes to a single class for X is kinda meh. Make two classes do X equally well and give them something else different they can kinda do well do separate them.

I don't know why they don't do this with F.Nen compared to Crusader.

See, classes that rely on giving themselves large str/int buffs are out of favor at end game because those types of effects are addative with sader buffs unlike other classes that get their damage increase from other things that apply multiplicativly with sader buffs.

However, damage increase from F.Nen buffs isn't str/int based so they could be the sader replacement for party comps with those afore mentioned classes EXCEPT F.Nen buffs don;t scale up with the F.Nen's stats like Sader buffs scale up with theirs, so the end result is that such a party comp just isn't viable.
