You can actually get psychiatric medication in many places in the good old U.S. of A that provide mental health services for free, or for greatly reduced prices. But wait Anon, you say, where does the money come from?
The answer is the companies. I guess to provide good press, a lot of medication companies give out free meds to prescribing doctors at such places to give to you.
You do however, have to prove need, and that you don't have insurance that would cover it.
I assume you don't.
It also seems likely that your state does not provide such insurance readily.
I'm not joking either, you really can get free or really cheap meds through such programs.
