It's usually the Hanzos etc that do it. That gives them away. People usually tend to vote for the tank or support unless a really nice play happened.
So when it's a sniper shitter that gets a vote (usually on the losing team) I know it's them.

It's impossible not to get votes as support. You don't even have to do your job well. I've seen Mercys that only heal 20% of team damage taken get as many votes as Mercies that heal >50%

I vote my myself if it was the vote that would get me an epic or legendary because usually that means I earned it. If not, I give it to the person who is one vote away from getting an epic or legendary. If neither happens and its split I'll give it to the healer.
