He is the Archangel of the Ophanim, the wheel angels.

I have had tired gamer syndrome since last generation but Undertale changed that. It is probably one of the most finely crafted games of all time with characters who I genuinely cared about. I still haven't reset my True Pacifist save file because I couldn't bear the thought of taking their happiness away. The only thing is now I'm worried I'll never play another game as good as UndertaleThese are the kinds of UNIRONIC posts we had on /v/. If you can't believe that the shitposters and contrarians wouldn't jump on Undertale for (you)s then you're either really slow to learn or brand new on /v/
