honestly i think the biggest problem would be letting people just outright buy skins they want and this idea that companies need to players who dont have a ton of time who dont actually exist since most casual players wont dump money and its just used as an excuse to fuck over players who play alot. I have no problem with the random boxes so long as drop rates and it doesnt feel needed to enjoy some cosmetics.
Howerver i do think they need to make a system that lets you break down items into currency which helps both box buyers and not and maybe currency for getting Epics or gold medals.
