Get it for whatever you have the higher friend base on. Its fine on consoles but better on PC, if only marginally. Either way be careful as the game will have a three month lifespan for the most part regardless of the console. PC may be better but with such limited content it will struggle if they don't add monthly characters/maps.

They can fuck you somtimes but a lot of streamers and the like are ad reps so they have SOME credibility. Too many people getting fucked means they make not only themselves but the streamers look bad, which means contractual severance if they fuck it up enough.
Fallout 4 was fine for me but that's because I fully knew I was getting a weak game with lots of pointless shit to do and no story or characters of worth. But then, I mostly play on console these days due to PC having become so memetic. I miss PC before Steam became so huge. Now its just as bad as consoles for the communities.
