I think it makes a huge difference. Like how some like NTR because they want to feel like the guy getting cucked, or like NTR because they want to be the guy who does the cucking. They either derive pleasure from humiliating someone, or from being humiliated. Seems like rape on defeat has a broader appeal than the opposite, so I wouldn't call it faulty design.

No no, you misunderstand. You rape people as your victory condition. So, say you play as a guy/girl/futa/demikinplanetqueer or whatever made up bullshit you want, you platform to get to the end and defeat enemies by fucking them. With a boss battle at the end. I dunno, make it a simple QTE type combo thing, so you have to actually concentrate (and not fap) and when you do it, you unlock the scene to control how you want in the main menu.
