Pc ports aren't hard to understand. A developer makes a vita game, often multiplat with ps4/ps3. These platforms are adequate for Japan, as there are no insane pc fanboys who refuse to buy console hardware. That developer wants to localize the game for foreign audiences. Tens of thousands of foreigners are insane fanboys who will not buy a ps4, ps3, or vita no matter the circumstances. The developer then incurs an additional cost and ports to pc.
Ultimately, all you're really doing is just financing more console games and tormenting yourself further because port begging still hasn't created software parity.
