TWEWY2 will still garner tons of hate for its controls regardless of being on the NeXt DS or NeXt Wii. That's unavoidable given the control scheme, being an action game with intensive use of a 2nd screen. It may look like /v/ resoundingly loves TWEWY but really it's still a really polarizing game.
The difference between SFZ and TWEWY is that TWEWY is much more intricate and appealing in design and in plot and in the cast of characters. SFZ is apparently a gimped SF64 game and not much more.

Starfox Zero uses two screens for the sake of using two screens. TWEWY uses two screens in an intelligent way that makes for unique gameplay.
By the way, I don't really want TWEWY on Wii U either. The pad is huge and using the buttons and touch screen at the same time isn't immediate at all, it doesn't really fit the battle system.

It doesn't need the physical buttons because you can make an AI play one of your two characters.
However I would not recommend it, playing on an emulator is too difficult as this game was intended to be played on DS. This is the only DS game I know of that used the DS's touch screen and stylus effectively and would be very hard to do with a phone's touchscreen.

Here's my idea of continuing the series
> TWEWY would have a new installment for every new generation of systems that bring in a new generation of gamers
> Each new game would focus on a different adolescent in a different big named city (Paris, NYC, London, etc.)
> Each game would focus on a theme that people could relate to (Finding your passion, Love in terms of generic romance, Love in terms of how your true friends and family will always be there for you, Learning to not give up on opportunities, etc. )

I just started this game. I think I'm on Day 3. The gameplay is easy, repetitive and boring, even while set to the hardest difficulty, and the main character is an annoying little cunt. The dialogue is awful and cringeworthy. I'm going to keep playing it but its a pretty bad way to open a game. I hope it gets better soon or I might stop.

Live Remix is an iOS/Android game. The fan base is on the handhelds. I wouldn't be surprised that it fizzled out. Especially since mobile games go in and out of flavor quite quickly.
