Yeah. I've played a lot of VNs, and it's easily one of the best stories I've ever come across, from any medium. I'd very highly recommend it.
There's a demo that covers the first two chapters which they haven't put up on Steam for some reason, so that's a good starting point. Just keep in mind that it has a few editing errors they didn't fix until release.
