Is this new or old? Which point is it intended to make? While the art itself is simple, the animation is actually pretty good from what I can see. It follows a lot of old editing convention that seems lost in American cinema today. Good use of motion and following it from one cut to the next. Watch the guy move in one cut and he generally follows that motion in the next.
Obviously not super high quality stuff, but in terms of animating the scene I've seen Disney do worse in their recent efforts. Frozen was notably stiff to me.
I just miss seeing animated features that were clearly made by people with a passion that drove them to compete. Maybe I just don't get around to watching enough now. Sort of why I was asking.

Robo-Ky could work. Defaults as melee character who can lay down the mat to charge up team damage. Can fire the cannon but it builds up heat which he can release for massive damage, but if it builds up too much he explodes. His ult is just the muda muda move.

Speaking hypothetically, I'd say to cram Elphelt into OW, forego her sniper entirely for her shotgun, give her the cookable grenade, and give her her Bridal Express move, which would be like a short ranged high speed ram that you could use to bump and do minor damage to people, which would allow her to fuck with enemy positioning, and perhaps setup meatshots or bump people into her grenades.
I like the other guys idea for her Ult being her Judge Better Half overdrive, where she could basically spawn the gigantic wedding cake , which would stun people in its radius when it rises, and then do the DP finish.
