Yeah, if you play those classes well you can really make a difference, especially with backline flankers such as Reaper, Genji and Tracer. But you never need more than one because the ENTIRE point of flankers is that they harass and disrupt the enemy team behind their lines.
I play Tracer if there's a good support and one or two good tanks on the team but if there isn't I go to someone like Lucio or Reindhart because I just know nobody else will. It sucks how people can become so devoted to a class they play badly with when if they just got out of their comfort zone they could do amazingly.

Not really, the way they seem to go about balancing solo queue is stacking a team with high MMR vs a team with a much lower MMR to artificially keep W/L at ~50%
If you're grouped it'll put you with other groups of the same size and have some games where it feels out your "group MMR" but solo queue matchmaking is fucked.
