Endings:
1)Syanna dies by Detlaff, Detlaff peaces out. The Duchess throws you in jail and Dandelion bails you out.
2)Syanna escapes before Detlaff can deal the fatal blow, you kill Detlaff. You discover Syanna plans to murder the Duchess. From here, 2 things can happen
-you tell the Duchess, she chooses to punish Syanna. Syanna stabs her with a hairpin, then Syanna gets BTFO by Damien
-You confront Syanna and convince her to reconcile, then defend her at the trial. The sisters reunite happily
3)You don't even bother getting Syanna and straight up kill Detlaff, the rest plays out like above.
After, you meet the person at the vineyard that corresponds with who you wound up with at the end of W3, I got Ciri.

Some people fought a elder sage vampire, while others went to fairy magic land and had sex on clouds. Plenty of people in fact think that witcher 3 is the epitome of streamlining and casualisation in modern games, focusing on high production value, story and dialogue while having braindead, MMO tier gameplay mechanics that stumble over one another at every turn. I'm a huge fan of the books but witcher 3 is an absolute joke from the gameplay perspective, and I'm not talking just about combat.
