The original game was tough as nails(on hard at least), but the remake is apparently shit easy because they didn't update the enemies to compensate for all the new skills. Hard Mode in the remake is easier than Normal in the original.

Am I the only one that thought Muramasa was too easy? It was more of an exhibition in how crazy of a combo you could pull off. It was still fun, but it doesn't mean it is better than Odin Sphere's orginal combat. You actually had to use your stamina, attack, and space wisely.
