No, the ORIGINAL Borderlands is fun. It is also a terribly flawed game.
Borderlands 2, despite fixing several things that were wrong with the first game, does a metric fuckload of other shit wrong and manages to be a boring slog.
Pre-Sequel fixes nothing and still manages to be worse that 2 in almost every way.

There's not a single project I can think about or thing to announce at this point.
This year I've already got DOOM and Dark Souls 3 which were my highlights.
