Seriously, for the past few weeks I've had people with <100 hours played in almost every game. Three of them have been VAC banned mid game. I try not to look out for them so that I don't get disheartened quickly but they "naturally" pop to the top of scoreboard sooner or later.

Look at this fucking shit. Motherfucker wasn't even pretending he's walling and was genuinely offended when I ratted him out early on. He got so mad he tried to incite the other team into reporting me as well.
I wish I could say I had the last laugh as I saw the VAC notification pop up but at this point the other team was so mad they had a cheater of their own who spinbotted headshots with no care, outright spamming the website he got it from.
Also, Prime Matchmaking probably won't help because you can still buy cellphones for nothing in 3rd world countries. Not to mention the fact that I HAVE NO FUCKING INTEREST OF GIVING AWAY MY CELLPHONE NUMBER TO A CORPORATION. The only fix would be to bump the ranked matchmaking requirement to something extreme like rank 30 or 400 hours played.
