Season 2 was not as good as season 1, but it was a tough act to follow and I respected the effort all the way until the final episode.

This scene in particular, which comes after at least 3 or 4 soul crushing examples of stupid, horrible writing at it's worst, is pretty contrived as the characters involved didn't have a very vocal beef with each other up until that point, there was zero build up.
Jane, here after, dumb cunt, wants to prove Kenny, here after, dumb asshole, is a ticking time bomb waiting to go off, as a result of all the people he's lost between season 1 and 2. To prove this, dumb cunt fakes the death of an infant to triggers asshole's rage. The fight can end in a few ways, resulting in one or both of them dying, either asshole killing cunt or you shooting asshole to save cunt, which kills asshole, or letting cunt die and shooting asshole afterwards (best choice btw) After learning the infant death was just a ruse, you make a choice to either go with the survivor, if there are any or say fuck you and ditch them with infant in tow.
People drum this up as a great moral dilemma and it really isn't. You make a choice to kill one terrible person or both, because neither of them were in the complete right or wrong. It might have been forgivable as just a bad ending if it wasn't for all the stupidity leading to it, but it soured the whole experience.
