oops, I forgot to split the ability 1 into 2 different abilities. Pressing M2, fires the web shot that slows down and impairs an enemies vision. If it misses it does nothing.
Pressing E fires the net that either lays on the ground or makes a bridge.

Hero based on gravitational forces. Switch between "repel" and "attract" similar to Lucio's Crossfade. LM is a medium range attack that does moderate damage with a slight push/pull. RM is a short range attack that does less damage but with more of a push/pull. E shoots a projectile that, if it hits, either pushes them up into the air or pulls them into the ground, preventing them from jumping or Jump Jets/Boosters/etc. for a short time. Ult pulls in every enemy in a short radius for a few seconds before violently pushing them all away. Probably low health, definitely not a tank.

Support, 200hp.
Passive: Walljumps, twice from each jump but only away from walls, can't climb like Hanzo and Genji.
LMB: Fires a single hitscan shot, hold down to automatically load a new slug or release to leave weapon open for loading other ammo.
RMB: Tag: Deals very little damage, but tags an enemy with a dart that can be seen through walls. Must be smacked by a teammate to be removed or wait until time runs out.
Shift: Injection Shot: Friendlies get a speed boost and healing over time effect, enemies get slowed and their aim starts swaying until it wears off.
E; Vortex Round: Wall and character-piercing shot that deals reduced damage on bodyshots, leaves behind a visible energy spiral that deals minor damage to enemies.
Q: Judgement Shell: Fires a shot that expands into multiple concussive projectiles. Any enemy hit will be violently knocked back and any other player he strikes will take damage and also be knocked back. All caught enemies take damage based on distance traveled when they strike a wall. Closer is better, but stand too close when you fire and your shot won't have time to expand.

first idea:
Iron Lick looking hero.
Gameplay: You summon two cyborg zombies that flank you left and right. Instead of aiming your gun you point your stuff to tell the cyborgs what they should shoot at. You can use your stuff for a really strong close range attack.
you can also directly control one of your minions form a save distance.
your ultra is powering one of your minions which turns it into a unstoppable monster that explodes after the utlra time runs out
Character background: Brilliant Austrian Doctor and Boyfriend of Mercy that was assumed killed during a omnic attack. After the attack he came to the conclusion that 100% biological life forms are flawed and weak
Slogan: The mind is strong but the body is weak / weep at the power of the next evolution of mankind
I'd make this guy. Give him a pump shotgun, an actual flashbang and tear gas.
