Really? For me it was hell getting past Ludwig's Beast phase but once I got to phase 2 I cleared him without issue. Maria I didn't have any trouble with. Her parry windows felt fairly large.

Abyss Watchers have been my favourite so far.
Closely followed by Lothric which is in part due to the music that plays during the boss fight. Love it when it picks up for that short 7 seconds, sounds really cool.
