it can be fun if you like side scrolling beat em ups with alot of grinding
but neople have made so many events with extreme leveling that you can hit 70 - 80 in a week
another downside id say, for some people, is making a character and then wanting to try another class or character class

Yeah, some classes more so than others. It becomes full autismgrinr once you get to end game and start trying to get BiS, but is pretty fun before then and some people like grind too I suppose.

It's fun for a while, the grinding is horrible because sometimes you need like 1000 of one item. And if you are high level in an area, you don't get more items there.
Also the multiplayer is really laggy and you or any other player can get stuck without being able to play.
