All blizz games do, they have mastered the art of making cheap 'n' easy games where you both win easily and lose easily, so you are bound to have times when you win over and over in a row, and you will have times where you will lose over and over, which will infuriate you which will make it all the more sweeter when you do win.
The best part is that in order to win or lose you really don't have to do that much, nor does your opponent. Everyone, literally everyone, no matter their age or IQ can master their games, every machine can play them, it's the perfect bait really, perfect.
