its not hard with a devkit as you dont have to mod it, but you do have other issues to deal with (most games dont work with backwards compatibility. if they do theres a low chance theyre perfect)
just pick up an original xbox, open that fucker up, hdd upgrade it and add cfw unleashx

also the xbox cant run it at 720p even if you upgrade the cpu and ram. that game is too resource intensive
