A while back they re-released Dark Cloud 1 and 2 on PS4 with enhanced graphics, load times and framerates and said they were "Watching to see if there was interest" and alas, there was not. I put this down to having absolutely no information about the release before it came out, plus you have to dig through the library to actually find it.

I found that it got better when missions started getting more intense. The game did a fucking horrible job of reeling me in with the boring, piss easy missions you get at the start and I would've stopped playing forever because of that but I was (and have been) playing it with my friend and found that I was starting to enjoy it more.
It doesn't get drastically better after the start though (in my experience so far) and it's not exactly a high quality game, but I've been enjoying it enough lately and I even bought some platinum at 75% off.

I've found a couple weapons that I like so far, but a fair amount of it has been grinding out weapons I don't even necessarily like so that I can unlock more shit (including other weapons) with mastery rank, which kind of sucks a bit.
