I pretend to be an ordinary citizen. I abide the law, do taxi missions, eat hot dogs and hamburgers. Oh, and I rarely use guns.
In GTA IV I like to pick out a random female in the crowd and slowly follow her around from afar, either on foot or in a car.
I wait until night time and as soon as she enters an alleyway I stab her with a knife and run away back to Romans hotel where I sleep for the rest of the night, repeating the process all over again the next day.
It's also fun taking prostitutes out to the top of a high place and when they get out they're forced over the edge, where I proceed to use my sniper rifle on them as they try to swim away.

I always massacred people in huge areas in Fallout3/NV, then I took machete and dismembered their limbs and then I always stacked them on one huge pile.
In gta online I join random servers, find a random car, usually parked on the side of the road, and just start beating the shit out of it with a bat. I usually just get murdered by the first other player to come my way but sometimes they join me and we riot together
Going to this one tunnel around the coast in GTA V and parking a large vehicle on one side stopping traffic. Wait for a huge traffic jam and then toss a grenade into it. Since the tunnel is a spawning point for cars, the explosions literally go on for like half an hour.
