He has to think each second his position, the right moment to attack....not to say how many hours did take him to actually achive this.
In TW3 you just have to spam the attack button the first time and gg easy win, the combat requires 0 skill.

I didn't watch him when he was on that fight but I actually saw him probably about a year ago doing the abhorrent beast fight at BL4. It took him like 10 hours so I imagine this Orphan fight was the same situation. It's not like he just got to it and beat it is first time.

You'll die trying that, it isn't Dark Souls where you can poise through shit and mash R1, or 3 where you just mash R1 and stagger everything. Most enemies hit harder than you can rally, and faster than you can hit. Bloodborne is literally better than everything ever.
