NO. It is worth 20. Has 23 chapters and you barely shoot a gun til 7. Some chapters are cutscenes with walking. Others are driving for 45 minutes. The pacing is shit. It is a giant slog. Multiplayer is 3rd person CoD with powers like killstreaks. Not worth it

It's alright, not as good as Uncharted 2's though.
Very much worth playing through once.
Multiplayer is enjoyable if that's your sort of thing.
If you don't wanna commit, borrow it from a friend or buy a used copy and return it within the policy deadline after beating it.
Don't listen to /v/ saying its a corridor/generic cover shooter. There is one corridor shooting section early on in a prison (which has corridors...), and the cover mechanics encourage movement thanks to deterioration.
Some of the best 3ps gameplay you'll find. And it's a pretty game.
I enjoyed it wholeheartedly.
I liked 1 because it was a new game, 2 was amazing. 3 is the most fucking tedious out of any of the games and the adventuring parts do not make up for it so I had my doubts going into 4.
Doubts not needed in this case. They really tried hard not to ruin the atmosphere by having it be interrupted by cover-shooter segments every 5 minutes. There's a lot more emphasis on the non-action sequences, which I greatly prefer. Despite all the mustard race bullshit, it's visually amazing and has very rich environments. It's also not as narrow-corridored as the previous entries, which is a plus in my book as well.
At first I wanted to rent this in plow through the campaign, but I caved in and bought it after it went down to 40 bucks at a local store.
Multiplayer is also quite nice, it has some nifty little features that expand upon the classic 3rd person shooter. I haven't spent much time with it yet, but I liked what I've seen. Except for the somewhat p2w bullshit.

absolutely worth it. I have never played a cover shooter that encourages this much movement, both horizontally and vertically. It's very refreshing.
Other Uncharted games kind of had that same run-and-gun style combat (where melee is very powerful and you are encouraged to quickly use up whatever weapons you find then swap them), but it was always pretty linear and small-time compared to how it is in U4
