I got 72 hours on this game. I can't bring myself to finish it because of how shitty the combat and questing is. You finish the game within 2 hours of playing because there's literally nothing except the same 2-3 quests to do over and over again with the same shitty combat and no bosses.

if you selct the actual mutagens you can read what do you need to unlock them.
in that image you can see it says that you need to spend 2 ability points and 2 greater red mutagen. you press enter to unlock it.
after that, you can just press the button it says there to equip it.

The game is truly a Goty
Although, for some reason, I feel like there is little to no interaction with the world. It just doesn't feel alive. It just makes me can't get immersed at all.
It feels like everything is fake and all assets are actually cardboard cutouts, and that the NPCs are animatronic robots.
Even Fallout 4 had me more better immersed in it's world. Or Skyrim.
The graphics are amazing though, even after the E3 fake jewery.
