happened to me. It's a hard drive corruption that happens when power is lost during an update.
start in safe mode and try the self repair, if that fails, wipe the hard drive and re-install the OS

This happened to me once before. It made a click noise and then just turns off. I sent it to repair... Took almost 3 months. Its a common problem with the first ps4 models. A fault in manufacturing components on the back... Some power pin or something. Better get a new one, if youre not sure if its the old model or not just go for those rare game editions ps4.
