Luck is basically worthless for bleed builds. I had 99 luck, respecced down to 35 and Warden's still procced on two L1 hits.
Bleed builds work best on dual wielded swords with a fast attack. Luck is only good for it if you are going to be chipping at fuckers for a long ass time, and even then it may not be worth it.

Japan's dev scene has been on the decline ever since the end of the PS2. Only Kojipro, despite the corporate meddling, had their shit together with the Fox Engine. when you get hit you lose some iframes for rolling. What poise does is determines how quickly you recover those frames or something to that effect. So basically the meta by this logic is to just wear as heavy armor as you can while staying below 70%. Think about that, wearing heavy armor makings rolling BETTER.

The summoning calculator is super fucked and prioritizes newer PSN/Live/Steam accounts to old ones. My PSN account is about 6 years old now and after 120 hours I've never been summoned once. If you make a new account as a different PSN user you'll get nonstop summons.

Nah, this isn't related to whatever platform you're playing on. It's completely random. Some people have it working all the fucking time, they can't get a break, while others never received a single summon as a Darkmoon or Watchdog.
The way to circumvent the issue is to create another account on Steam, or whatever it is you need on PS4, authorize it for family sharing with your main account, load up the saves that you copied over/backed-up, and then it works.
