I installed a timer on my computer. Now every hour it block my screen and suggests me to go and stretch my boy a bit. So now every hour I do 10 deep squats and 15-20 push-ups. I feel so good, you can't even imagine. I recommend you to do the same.

Now take the next step and actually try doing real exercise. Pushing ups are better than nothing but you need to get your heart rate up for at least 30 mins and sweat if you want to operate your body at optimum levels its designed to.
Then nutrition.

Good shit, OP. I used to do 10-20 push-ups between matches/stages on games, depending on how frequent the change was in each game.
