There are psp imas games that were fan translated. But the one bamco brought over on the ipad was the rhythm game. That one doesn't really need to be translated. Not to be confused with Starlight Stage which wasn't brought over but you can play it pretty easily.

It seems that only one of the PSP versions (Perfect Sun) is translated, the rest is only partial. A shame, I was more interested in Missing Moon.

We'll see. As of yet I don't think we have any PS4/PC Japanese games besides a handful of PS3 remakes like Valkyria Chronicles. Keep in mind that not only are a large portion of Japanese game players on Sony systems, but PC users tend to not be willing to pay full price for games. So yeah a game might sell 1M on PS4 and 1M on PC but a lot of those PC players are buying the game six months to a year later when the game is on sale down from $60 to $40-$20. So they put more into the game to get it on PC but then don't get as much money for it.

It's an idol raising sim. Each week you decide your idol's schedule, and in iM@S SP, the only translated main game so far, said schedule can contain any of the following:
Lessons(Minigames where you can raise your idol's stats)
Auditions(you compete for a spot on TV against other idols and the goal is to get the most stars from the judges by strategially appealing to each one of them)
Communications (events where you spend time with your idol and chat with her; the better the outcome of the communication the more "Memories" you'll make with her. Memories can be used in auditions for extra points)
Interviews (your idol gets interviewed by a reporter and if he likes what he sees, he'll start covering your idol, giving you a temporary stat boost)
You can also meet with a stylist to get more clothes, take on rival auditions in story mode, and other shit I'm forgetting.

Ports are almost never the same as their original platform. They almost always have differences of some kind, even minute ones like resolution change. RE5 is heading to PS4, as an example. Maybe such simple changes are important to someone. I was more just complaining about how some people are quick to make fun of people who buy PC ports of games and call them secondaries for it as if buying ports of games is a bad thing, or as if being new to a series is a bad thing.
