Winston is all rampaging around raping defenseless healsluts and getting their entire team wounded and pissed off, then you leap back to your side with zero consequences and hope your team mates have the initiative to take advantage of any of the chaos

Its always essential to have a competent healer, preferably Lucio and maybe mercy if there is a Reinhardt on your team as well. However despite not having any healing moves himself (With the exception of his Ult). Winston can still handle himself quite well. With the combination of your leap ability, Shield placement, and the knowledge to locate the various health packs around the map. You're pretty safe. Even If you're in a pinch, Winston's ult maxes out his HP, though its pretty light on damage and only used for knocking back. You also cannot deploy your shield during it.

Thanks, man. To answer your question, you really can't avoid it. I usually play around corners and fire bubbles to get my teleporter or try to catch people off guard by flanking and getting close to them. When you get your beam to maximum charge you will literally kill anyone in your way since it does so much damage. I always play her aggressively, getting in close to get that teleporter asap whereas sentries are just a bonus.

Zarya's a decent counter to Genji, really. At worst you can at least make him run away to heal. Or a good surprise sniper hit, but that's even more hit-or-miss (literally) than Zarya.

Genji is countered by Zarya and Mei as well as Symmetra to a lesser degree, since their beams go through his reflect, effectively making him a shitty tracer with extra mobility.
Widowmaker is countered by Genji, because he can reflect her shots back into her and one shot her. She is also countered by a good tracer, who can use the environment to get behind her and unload a full clip into her back before she can react. She is countered by herself in a way, but only if you're better than the other widow.
Hanzo is countered by anybody with a higher range and dueling power than him, as well as Reaper, who can wraith form through his arrowspam and shotgun him to kill him in two hits. D.Va is also good at killing him for similar reasons, and she can chase better.

He needs heals just like everyone else. There's a difference between keeping an eye on him and being his healslut though. This isn't TF2 where you're supposed to just shadow the same person all day.
Tracer is still really easy to poop on people with, but I started playing more Pharah because its fun as fuck and 2 of the people I already play with like to play support.
