Tomshardware has some building guides. If you can into legos and know how to navigate a simple bios menu and turn on some preset settings you can build one. Toms vidya charts will show you whats the best bang for the buck on gpu/cpu choices. You will be paying twice what the system is worth becuz ur too lazy to plug some stuff in.

It's a process of matching purpose built connectors that will only fit in the things they're supposed too, it's really no harder then a multi part lego set, modern motherboards have simple presets for everything and even set the clock for you.
