The best way to play Undertale is completely blind with no knowledge about what it's like and what people think of it. That's how I played it and I adored it.
If you go into it knowing people have called it a 10/10 masterpiece then yeah of course it's going to be a disappointment because you're going into it biased and you'll be looking at it with a critical eye.

Well I never played the original since my parents couldn't afford a N64 and after that I was too busy with PSX/PS2, I completely abandoned Nintendo.
3DS is my first Nintendo console since GBA and I'm loving it, MM3D was awesome. I'll definitely play the N64 version sometime soon.sorry for blogposting
