Anything I should know? I am going to play conjurer because that seems like what I usually enjoy playing in these. Just left the cave and made it to Ix and felt like I had to restart and mess with ini files because some things looked wonky and it was tough to see.
That ambience and music after leaving the cave reminds me of Dungeon Siege.

as a conjurer your charm creature spell basically removes an enemy, but you don't get exp for doing that, if you are still getting around a 100 exp from things don't charm them.

Yeah, EA took them down soon after acquiring WW. There was a small community of private servers that lasted a few years but nobody plays anymore. Multiplayer is dead in a very literal sense.

I think most of the time it was a 1 hit kill but I didn't know what the fuck I was doing most of the time.
