Just want to clarify a couple of things.
That bikini is reused in a later chapter when Tsubasa does a commercial for Amrita Soda, which is where your screens are from.
You can buy the bikini outfit ingame after completing Chapter 2 however, so I think that outfit will be replaced with her censored costume.
It's also going to affect an outfit for Eleanor, since they model together after Chapter 2. I know this because Eleanor has a different outfit on posters for the gravure shooting (the yellow poster in this screenshot).
After the amrita shower commercial you can buy the top outfit in your image though, so that will probably still be in the US version, and the bikini will only be visible during the adlib performance of a skill.
TL;DR - The bikini costume for Tsubasa to wear everywhere is probably gone, as is Elly's.

I have enough disposable income that I was considering buying a Wii U for this since I'm big into SMT and FE. Figured I could check out some other Nintendo titles while I was at it. Seeing the lengths they've gone through to censor the game though l I'm going to refrain from buying a Wii U entirely.
