Finally, a straightforward map that isn't full of gimmicks.
Seems difficult to get a weapon that isn't the default shotgun though. And the difficulty really ramps up when you get into the third and 4th rooms.
Mine's pretty basic and I probably need to make some adjustments to encounter designs.

That's kind of the beauty of it.
For one thing, they're still fucking DEMONS. They're INHERENTLY EVIL, or at the very least, inherently malicious and prone to mauling your face off, and doing a pretty good job of it too, all things considered. You are THE DOOMGUY but you still die a whole bunch. They're not exactly outmatched.
For another, the real villains aren't the demons, they're Olivia and Samuel for trying to harness the power of HELL for clean, renewable energy.
The whole game is basically just the Doomguy going
